the reason why i became a fan of igp is because theres a video of him playing a game about chernobyl, his girly screams is what caught my attention and of course i thought it was funny, so here i am as a fan of igp

That was a scooter. Mopeds have pedals like a bicycle, typically only good for starting the motor and making it fit the legal definition of a moped, but more often than not darn near useless for actually going anywhere. Pedal like a madman but you'll be moving only slightly faster than a jog.
